Where have I been?

I realized it has been 5 months since I last posted. I plan to make this short. Domestic Violence in November, PFA followed, court dates, charges dropped for lack of my appearance, a few days later my husband thanks me for not going to court (2nd offense, mandatory jail time) by filing for a legal separation giving me 2 weeks to get out of my house. Ha, this guy is a joke! Making a long story short, the prosecutor refiled the charges. It seems Wichita's 1.5 million dollar computer system failed to send me a subpoena. So here we go again. A message to husbands (and wifes too maybe) dot your i's and cross your t's, before trying to screw someone who just did you a favor.
